Last night, we ate a traditional Peking Duck dinner, which is only found in Beijing. Here were some of the best dishes served (pictures below):
Sweetened Yams
Lamb and Broccoli
Beef and Mushrooms
Chinese Cucumbers (where eating the skin is common)
The Duck “components”: A crepe-like pancake, cucumbers and scallions, and a sweet and sour sauce
